Made in Bolzano Italy, Southern Tyrol by Katya and Armin who are passionate about ‘aromatic’ and ‘puristic’ chocolates.
Cocoa origin: Tanzania, East Africa. This organic fine flavor cocoa grows in the Kilombero valley in the Morogoro region, close to the Udzungwa National parc. The company Kokoa Kamili ferments and dries the cocoa from about 2000 farmers.
Tasting notes: This chocolate has notes of stone pine and resin (think alpine needle tree forest) combined with the fruity flavours of the Tanzania chocolate.
